The 240,000-square-foot 850 Phoenix Biomedical Campus Innovation Center expands the downtown biomedical corridor to the northern edges of the urban core. Designed to integrate research, entrepreneurial activity, and corporate engagement, the building offers opportunities for meaningful collaboration between the building’s public and private tenants and the surrounding community. As the first phase of a multi-building campus, the seven-story Phoenix Biomedical Campus Innovation Center provides flexible floor plates and building systems that can accommodate different life science applications, including BSL-1 and BSL-2 wet and dry labs.
