Surrounded by stunning views of Sedona’s signature red rocks, this hotel renovation and expansion concept utilizes the given natural environment to create landscape that enhances the guest experience. The redevelopment includes a complete overhaul of the arrival experience, existing guestrooms and pool amenity. The most unique addition to the site are 26 new, pre-fabricated, repurposed steel casitas that lie in the shadow of the existing architecture. Integrated riparian channels and pollination gardens wander between and around the elevated casitas. The materiality of both architecture and landscape seamlessly blend together through the use of weathered steel, wood and natural rock.
