The fifth in a series of projects the team has designed for Scottsdale’s McDowell Sonoran Preserve.  Brown’s Ranch serves as the primary access to the north half of the 36,400 acre Preserve including more than 100 miles of hiking, equestrian and mountain biking trails.  The site had been severely damaged by fire several years prior.  Floor Associates successfully applied techniques and methodologies previously pioneered by the firm on such projects as the Lost Dog, Gateway and Pinnacle Peak projects to successfully restore the native biome and character of the Sonoran Desert landscape.
