Floor Associates was commissioned to create a new visual identity for this 30 year old regional mall at the heart of the Paradise Village Core.  The scope of work included a comprehensive master plan, comprehensive landscape architecture and prime consultant services.  The redevelopment encompassed a total of 140 acres, including 6 miles of streetscape design, 27 associated properties, comprehensive signage, site lighting, expansive onsite storm water management and the development of an integrated pedestrian pathway system connecting the project to the surrounding neighborhoods.
